Villa Datils 6B is a semi-detached house of 141 m2 with a maximum capacity for 8 people. The interior of the modern design house is composed of a spacious living / kitchen / dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (King Size) for 2 people, two bedrooms with bathroom en Suite, in one bedroom there is a large bunk bed for two people and the other bedroom is formed by a large sofa bed.

A free crib and baby kit are available.

The bathrooms have WC and two vines, hot and cold water, two of them have a shower and one of them a bathtub.

The whole house has insulation suitable for the cold, with electric heating and air conditioning throughout the house with individual controls by sectors and throughout the house, at the same time as 4 pieces of fan, one per bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary and complete kitchen accessory for the taste of every guest.

Mobile Gas BBQ outside.

The house has fiber optic WI-FI internet and free service throughout the house, has Smart TV connected to the Internet, cable and Satellite Astra. Check in: 16.00 PM with the procedure of registration and delivery of keys. Check out: maximum at 10.00.

Please respect your neighborhood. Please do not make noise during the siesta time (3:00 pm - 4:00 pm) and after 11:00 pm.

Use the alarm system every time you leave the house. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the guests' personal belongings.

Please watch your children when you use the pool.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only outside the house.

Pets are not allowed in the house.

Activities:

Table tennis in the house. There is a golf course less than 5 minutes away by car. There are clay tennis courts within 5 minutes, a five-a-side football and basketball field, water sports in the area, the nearest beach is 3.3km away, which is Cala Blava / Maioris, near Cala Pi, Estrenc beach at 35 minutes, Playa de Palma at 10 minutes.

Pool area:

Pool 18 m2 salt water. Pool 288m2 on request and with extra charge. Sauna and Yakuzzi on request and with extra charge. Terrace or similar: 120 m2. Balcony, terrace, solarium, gardens with automatic irrigation, orchard with fine herbs, spices, fruit trees, olive trees.
